AURE

AURE is a Buenos Aires real estate firm selling pre-construction developments to middle-class buyers. It needed a digital presence that matched its promise: modern, clear, and backed up. We built its institutional website with the property catalog connected to the system they already use.

The first impression

The previous site was the property software's standard template: it did the job, but it didn't say who AURE is. The new one opens with the proposition in a single line and a visual system of its own that carries it through the whole site.

Before
AURE's previous homepage, with a generic template, stock photo, and basic search bar
After
AURE's new homepage, with its own identity and the message Buy with clarity, decide with backing

Properties for sale, in sync with Tokko

The old listing was the system's template: functional, but with minimal cards and none of the brand's identity. The new catalog presents properties with complete listings and stays connected to Tokko: whatever the team loads into their management system shows up on the site, with no double entry.

Developments, with a space of their own

Pre-construction developments stopped being a text listing: each one now gets its own presentation with large renders and a direct enquiry, separate from the properties-for-sale catalog.

Before
The previous site's developments listing, with small photos and dense text blocks
After
The new site's developments page, with each project presented with large renders

From form to conversation

Before, contact meant a form and an inbox. Now every enquiry goes out through the channel the client already uses — direct WhatsApp from each property, phone, or Instagram — and the form is still there for those who prefer to write.

Before
The previous site's contact page, with two forms for enquiries and appraisals
After
The new site's contact section, with direct WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, and a form
